NAME ANALYSIS

A person’s name is what creates, animates, sustains and guards that person in this world. Therefore, understanding the origin of the name in Scripture is a key to the person’s entire being. 

We analyze a person's name by finding it in a verse where consecutive words spell out the name. We then explain that verse from several different perspectives and suggest how it applies in real life.

The technique we use here is an ancient one, used by the Ramban (Nachmanides, a 13th C sage and Kabbalist) and others.

However, this technique is not widely known.
